Phoenix Manor Renovation
This project will revitalize a 7-story existing building in downtown Peoria from a hotel into a multi-family residence. The project renovates floors two through six to provide new family dwelling units including 10 studio apartments, 10 one-bedroom apartments, 11 two-bedroom apartments, and 24 three-bedroom apartments. The project also adds amenities on the basement level that include a fitness center, a community room with a kitchenette, laundry room, and a computer room. Onsite vehicle parking, bicycle parking, and a playground will be included. This project has been designed to meet 2020 Enterprise Green Communities Certification.
DMA served as the Architect and Project Manager for the project.
