Description:

The project scope includes removal and replacement of membrane roofing, as well as flashings, trim, and accessories. The project also includes various replacements, repairs, and upgrades to the heating, cooling, ventilation, exhaust, and temperature controls systems. The scope includes removal of the existing boiler and replacement with a variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system. An upgrade of the water main will allow for the addition of fire protection to the building.
