Description:

The scope includes a post-framed storage building clad with metal roof and wall panels and provided with mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. The project will utilize shallow concrete foundations, sectional overhead doors with bollards, personnel door, and trench drains with oil interceptor. Also included are water service with hose bibbs and sill cocks, gas-fired unit heaters, as well as interior and exterior lighting with lighting controls and receptacles. Pavement work will be required to route sewer service connection and provide driveway for sectional overhead doors. Existing gas and electrical services between the existing physical plant building and the existing storage building shall be relocated, and the site shall be regraded and reseeded as required.
